Returns Policy
Our return policy, known as Buyer Protection, is designed to ensure your satisfaction and protection with every purchase. This policy covers three main situations: if your item doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or doesn't match its description.
Buyer Protection lasts for 15 days from the confirmation of item receipt. Any item labeled with "Buyer Protection" is automatically covered, except for those that are customized, perishable, or not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons.
In case of any issue with your item, the first step is to contact the seller. Provide all relevant information, such as images or screenshots, to facilitate problem resolution. If you need assistance with the refund, feel free to contact our support team at support@menypets.com.
Return costs vary depending on the situation. If you return an item due to a change of mind, you'll be responsible for covering the expenses. However, if the item is defective, doesn't arrive as described, or is incorrect, the seller will cover the return costs.
The refund process may take between 1 and 10 days, depending on your original payment method. The refund will be sent to the payment method used for the initial purchase.
